2002 honda cbr600 f4i w/ 5,026 milesattention classic sport motorcycle enthusiasts! As part of the deal he traded in his first motorcycle which is this 2002 honda cbr600 f4i. My first motorcycle. When i was 19 i do not have a job i had a career and by 20 i was looking to buy something that defined who i was, one day while in nh i stopped at a used car dealership and told the saleswoman i was looking for a sports car for around $5000. 00 so she brought me over to a toyota paseo and told me "this is a sports car it has a rear spoiler". Only problem i now faced was my mother who to this day does not like motorcycles at all, i was living at home rent free three meals a day laundry service etc life was good and i''''m going to screw this all up for a motorcycle. It was right around this time my mom and stepdad decided to have the internet installed which gave me access to ebay and this is how i found my first bike in canada of all the places. The 2002 honda cbr f4i was just being phased out by the newer improved model the honda 600rr and the f4i was discounted but still not enough to make it affordable for me. The day that my bike arrived i drove to yellow shipping with my pick up that had no pick up i had prepared for this day weeks in advance my dad provided me with a steal grate to use as a ramp and plenty of tie-down straps. I remember seeing her for the first time surrounded by a giant steel erector set looking crate 3'''' x 10''''. I was told to pull my truck up to the loading ramp and we pushed the crate onto my truck. When i arrived home i immediately got to work first by removing the giant cardboard box covering the steel crate then by removing the steal crate very carefully while still in the back of my mazda b2300 pick up. Now normally after the sides of a crate are removed the dealership will hoist the bike up and slide the bottom of the crate out however i was by myself in a residential neighborhood of saugus so my only option was to cut the base of the crate apart with a hacksaw and remove the motorcycle.

I’ve got over 20 years of classic vehicle experience. I’ve learned a lot and i’m educated in many different makes and models ranging from the early 1900’s to current. Over the years i’ve collected and sold over 400 classic vehicles which i’m very proud of. I sell a large percentage of my inventory from networking and from the various websites i advertise on. I sell a small percentage of my inventory at various auctions such as barrett jackson. I’ve set over 15 world record prices on various makes and models. I’ve also featured many classic vehicles at different auctions across the united states. I’ve had many vehicles that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I collect classic vehicles that are already completed and slightly redesign them, service them and detail them. I have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. The ms classic cars showroom is located in seekonk, massachusetts and was established in 2012. The ms classic cars service department and multiple storage facilities are also located in seekonk, massachusetts. The ms classic cars operations are closed to the public. A private viewing of a vehicle can be made scheduled by appointment monday through friday. The ms classic cars inventory consists of roughly 40 classic cars and trucks that we own, service and detail. We’re one of the only dealerships who document the service work we do to every vehicle with an invoice. Each vehicle is presented with detailed descriptions and multiple photos. We offer no consignment inventory. I promise to make the process from start to finish easy and enjoyable. I take a lot of pride in my business and my reputation reflects that. Ms classic cars is a brand.”marketi've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over 15 years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only on the internet and auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially classic cars. It’s a much diversified market. I've learned it's not just people in the united states but its people all over the world. Roughly 20% of my sales are from people who live outside of the united states. Some examples would be canada, australia, mexico and europe. Also from what i’ve learned roughly 20% of bidders at auctions are also people who live outside the united states. Over the years i've noticed that the higher quality classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Over the last 10 years the overall market has been very strong and i believe it will continue to grow. Certain classic cars prices are on the rise and others are on the decline. It’s all about supply and demand not about a good or bad economy. The classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people want but there aren’t many on the market for sale. The classic cars that are on the decline are the cars that a lot of people don’t want anymore and there’s many on the market for sale. Desirable factory correct classic cars that are documented with matching numbers always make solid investments. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character and there worth what people are willing to pay. Prior to this business i was just a blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used mercedes benz. I was very passionate about classic cars and trucks so i decided to sell them part time. Although i had my used car dealer’s license i didn’t have my own dealership. Overall things were going just fine but my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401k to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen which required using my family’s savings and acquiring loans such as a home equity line of credit. I also now would have a lot of overhead that i didn’t have before. The bottom line is i went all in. Marc schiliro – the owner description1969 norton 750 dunstall atlasattention classic motorcycle collectors! This motorcycle was recently restored by the gentleman we purchased it from so we didn’t have to service it. We’ll let the photos do the rest of the talking norton history: the norton motorcycle company is a british motorcycle marque originally from birmingham, uk. It was founded in 1898 as a manufacturer of fittings and parts for the two-wheel trade. By 1902, the company began manufacturing motorcycles with bought-in engines. In 1908, a norton-built engine was added to the range. This began a long series of production of single and eventually twin cylinder motorcycles and a long history of racing involvement. Production of the military model 16h and big 4 side valve motorcycles was norton’s contribution to the wwii war effort with almost 100,000 being manufactured. When major shareholders started to leave norton in 1953, the company declined and associated motor cycles bought the shares. A series of norton dominator twins of 500cc, then 600cc, then 650cc and then the 750cc norton atlas kept sales buoyant, especially with sales to the usa. In 1968, the new 750cc norton commando model appeared with the engine, gearbox and swing arm unit isolastically insulated from the frame with a series of rubber mountings. This kept the vibrations from the rider giving a smooth and comfortable ride. The commando was a best seller and voted #1 motorcycle of the year a number of times in britain. In 2008, stuart garner, a uk businessman bought the rights to norton and relaunched norton in its midlands home at donington park to develop a new range of norton motorcycles. Probably the most well-known enthusiast from olde england is paul dunstall. He built, sold and raced his completely modified norton’s with great success. Dunstallize and customize are synonymous in britain. Paul dunstall was to norton what carroll shelby was to ford. New norton’s were ordered and delivered to pauls corner store in southeast london where they were stripped down completely to the frame. Then the bike was built up to the individual customers requirements. Usually the frame was chromium plated for an extra charge. Paul dunstall replaced many items such as the gas tank, fenders, seat, rear wheel, exhaust, foot pegs, brake levers, etc. The engines were also stripped down to the crankcase and rebuilt it with dunstalls proven gear which included items such as the pistons, camshaft, valves, valve springs, ports and carburetors. The horsepower was increased from 49 bhp to 66 bhp. The 750 model did 0-60 in 5. 5 seconds with a top speed of 130 mph. Description: this 1969 norton 750 dunstall is an outstanding example. This norton is the real deal which documented by the nortons owners club. The letter confirms the number stamped on the frame and engine was allocated to a norton atlas model and dispatched from the factory on july 24th, 1968 to the agent paul dunstall of london s. Machines dispatched to the agent paul dunstall were modified with dunstall after-market parts to customer specifications and sold as.

We’ll let the photos do the rest of the talkingnorton history:the norton motorcycle company is a british motorcycle marque originally from birmingham, uk. Description:this 1969 norton 750 dunstall is an outstanding example. This norton is the real deal which documented by the nortons owners club. The letter confirms the number stamped on the frame and engine was allocated to a norton atlas model and dispatched from the factory on july 24th, 1968 to the agent paul dunstall of london s. Machines dispatched to the agent paul dunstall were modified with dunstall after-market parts to customer specifications and sold as dunstall machines.
